Energy

Energize your life and avoid waist and action diet and thought.  Avoid multitasking and focus on what you’re doing and be present in the moment.  Review emails and touch your paper inbox only 1 time and close the loop immediately.  Activities that stimulate mind and body will have positive consequences.  A purely passive activity like television with no movement or interaction will leave you feeling poorly.  You’re not engaged in activity and it is even more sedentary evidence sitting quietly in silence.  Calm energy allows you to be alert and aware but feeling rested.  Television and excessive screen time will make it feel more fatigued.
